Victor Harbor (Bluff View) Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings made to Kick It To Me ("KITM”) ("the booking agent”) by the customer are made on behalf of the accommodation provider. The customer agrees that the accommodation provider has sole responsibility for delivery of the services being booked by the customer and that KITM is not liable for default by the accommodation provider.

2. The customer agrees to pay to KITM by the specified booking fee and cost of the accommodation. All fees are Tax inclusive where applicable. The booking agent will issue the customer with a valid confirmation in respect of this booking service.

3. KITM receives a payment from the accommodation provider for acting as booking agent.

4. Information on the accommodation is based on information supplied by the accommodation provider. Whilst KITM endeavours to ensure all information presented is accurate, it makes no guarantee that the information is free from errors or faults, and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions as all information in relation to accommodation and premises is provided by the accommodation provider.

5. KITM reserves the right to update and change information published on its website and other websites used to promote the represented accommodation at any time.

6. KITM needs to collect personal information about you to process your booking for accommodation. If KITM is unable to collect this information, it will be unable to make a booking in your name. Your privacy is respected and will only used or disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Please read our privacy policy.

7. If you wish to make a booking, we will provide your information to the accommodation provider so that your booking may be processed.

8. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or by credit card, however please note that credit card payments incur a 3.5% merchant fee in addition to the quoted rate.

9. Bookings cannot be held and will only be secured upon receipt of a $200 deposit. The deposit remains non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with Kick It To Me management.

10. Full payment is required 21 days prior to arrival. Where full payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable.

11. Where bookings are made 3 months in advance, a 10% discount will apply to full payments received within 3 months of arrival date.

12. Where payments have been made in full, the following cancellation policy applies: a) Within 21 days of due arrival – full refund less deposit of $200. b) Within 14 days of due arrival - 50% of tariff less deposit of $200. c) Within 7 days of due arrival - 75% of tariff less deposit of $200. d) Within 48 hours of due arrival – no refund.

13. By virtue of providing your full payment you are agreeing to respect others in the complex by keeping noise to a minimum. Disturbances & abuse of noise levels are not tolerated and will result in cancellation of your stay.

14. Health and Safety Regulations state a maximum of 2 persons is allowed to occupy the premises.

15. The complex is governed by Strata Laws. As such, pets are not allowed on the property.

16. Strata Laws also state that parking of (1 only) vehicle is allowed in the parking station assigned for the Apartment. Parking in any other parking space or common area within the complex is not permitted.

17. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard. An ash tray is provided in the courtyard for this purpose.

18. Should the property become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances another property of same or better standing shall be offered to the tenant failing which full refund shall be provided.
