Upon request you can enjoy use of the property’s paddle boat and wave ski. The scenic views you will experience whilst entertaining and relaxing on the second level deck are simply beautiful. All bedrooms are located on the second level including the master king bedroom (with ensuite and a 42” plasma TV) and 3 additional bedrooms accommodating a further 8 guests. Downstairs a further 4 guests can sleep on the leather futons and single fold outs. There is so much to enjoy within this extensive river holiday accommodation including three bathrooms, large lounge, formal dining, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, games room (air hockey/snooker table, soccer table and table tennis table) and your favourite tunes playing in the surround sound music system. Reverse cycle air conditioning and a fireplace for the cooler evenings. Outside enjoy bbq facilities, landscaped surrounds and undercover car parking for up to 6 vehicles.
DISTANCE FROM ADELAIDE: 120km, allow approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes driving time. Caurnamont is commonly associated with Purnong and is a short drive from Mannum.
BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS: All situated on the top level, 1 x King Bed, 2 x Queen Beds and 1 double/single bunk. Also available on the ground level are 2 leather futon beds plus 2 fold-out beds if needed. All linen provided.
