CAR PARKING: Remote controlled security gates ensure only vehicles belonging to residents may enter the complex. Your undercover parking bay is located near the elevator taking guests directly to the apartment.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Entertainment and dining are on hand with the Holdfast Marina restaurants and bars virtually on your doorstep. A leisurely 5 minute walk along Colley Terrace brings you to Jetty Road, where you’ll find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shopping. Glenelg’s famous Beachouse situated on Colley Reserve will entertain the children with water slides, dodgem cars, mini golf, arcade games and more. This apartment borders Wigley Reserve overlooking the Patawalonga water inlet with boats and a walkway stretching along the water.
